Senator Russell Twin Discs (1955 Report)
Two similar disc-shaped objects reported from a train in the Soviet Trans-Caucasian region by Sen. Richard Russell and companions. The report describes rotating outer surfaces, stationary upper lights, bottom spark/flame emissions and repeated vertical-ascent maneuvers; CIA analysts later favored jet-aircraft misidentification.
