First AAWSAP case investigation. USAF F-15C flight (Capt. Douglas & Maj. Perez) tracked a non-falling, rock-like unreflective black object (softball-to-watermelon size) at 17,700ft MSL via APG-63v1 pulse-doppler radar and multiple visual passes over East Anglian MTRA.
