An Army intelligence memorandum reproduced by Hall says five servicemen saw a large shiny metal-ball-like object apparently stationary around 2,000 feet, disappearing and later reappearing; later that day two brownish objects were reported in close formation, with one breaking away at a right angle at high speed.
