R. Jack Phillips told Hastings that while guarding the nuclear-storage area at Fischbach he saw a silent greenish domed-disc object stop nearby. He reported that site power and the field phone failed, backup generators did not start, and after the object departed the lights returned and all bunker alarms activated.
